Draminski. The Japanese aircraft carrier Kaga was initially being built as a battleship, but as a result of a coincidence she became one of the first large carriers in history. After a daring attack on Pearl Harbor, followed by a series of further victories, there was a reversal during the battle of Midway, when Kaga and three accompanying carriers were destroyed, which ultimately buried Japan's chances for winning the war. With various close-up views, and each 3D image based on actual technical scale drawings and photographs, this is an exceptional reference tool. Information on the design, development, and combat history of this vessel is also included, as well as numerous photographs and 1/350 scale drawings. Excellent resource for modelers! 80 pages, 120 images, 8¼"x 11½", softcover.
