Designed to fill a need for a fast tank destroyer to replace the M6 37mm Gun Motor Carriage, the M8 Greyhound entered production in March 1943. Used by U.S. and British troops, the M8 had a 37mm M6 gun and a Browning machine gun mounted in an open-topped turret. This 1/72 scale, die cast model from Hobby Master recreates the M8 Light Armored Car as it appeared with the Taiwan Police Force. Features include rotating turrets, elevating cannons, non-moving tracks, realistic panel lines, access panels, and surface details, authentic markings, and an acrylic display stand. 2 ¾" long.
