Celebrate the infancy of military aircraft with this exciting addition to the popular Wings of the Great War series!

In March of 1918, Ralph O'Neill was assigned to the 147th Aero Squadron, flying the Nieuport 28 and the Spad X.III. During the ensuing summer and fall, O'Neill would take down five German warplanes, including four in July alone. He was also a Distinguished Service Cross with two Oak Leave Clusters award winner.

Replicating O'Neill's Nieuport 28C.1 as it appeared in 1918, this 1/72 scale resin display model features a colorful design, finely textured surfaces that simulate fabric-on-frame construction to the biplane struts and cross supports, a well-equipped cockpit, a realistic engine, fixed landing gear, authentic 147th Aero Squadron markings, and a display stand with an articulating mount to present your model at various in-flight angles! Measures approximately 3¼" long with a 4½" wingspan.
