About the EF-105F Wild Weasel

The EF-105F was a two-seat electronic-warfare variant of the Republic F-105 Thunderchief, developed by the U.S. Air Force in the mid-1960s to help suppress enemy air defenses. Based on the F-105F trainer, its rear cockpit housed an electronic warfare officer responsible for detecting and countering surface-to-air missile radar.
