About the M60A3
Entering service in the late 1970s, the M60A3 added a laser rangefinder and ballistic computer to improve first-shot accuracy with its 105mm M68 cannon, along with thermal imaging for targeting in low-visibility conditions. It served with U.S. and allied forces into the late twentieth century.
