The military order of St. Lazarus of Jerusalem originated in a leper hospital. Founded in 1119 by the Catholic church, they assisted the afflicted as well as fought in major battles throughout the Holy Land for many years. This 1/30 scale, metal piece is ready for such a battle, and is exquisitely hand painted and features beautiful and authentic historic detail. 2 ½" tall.
