Known as "Buffalo Soldiers" to their frontier rivals, the 10th Cavalry Regiment was an African-American unit formed in 1866 for combat against western foes — primarily Indians. Made by King & Country, this 1/30 scale metal figure is a hand-painted reproduction of a white officer of the 10th Cavalry, shown here with his pistol. Measures approximately 2½" tall.
