A replica of an AH-64D Apache "Longbow" - an upgraded version of the Apache AH-64 that added an advanced sensor suite and a glass cockpit - operated by the 3rd Infantry Division, U.S. Army, in Iraq during March of 2003, this 1/64 scale, die cast Air Force 1 Model Company craft features engraved panel lines and simulated rivets; a well-appointed cockpit with glazed windows and pilot figures; a radome, which houses the AN/APG-78 Longbow millimeter-wave fire-control radar (FCR) target acquisition system and the Radar Frequency Interferometer (RFI); working main and tail rotor blades; stub-wing pylons, which include a complete weapons suite on each side of the fuselage; intricate landing gear; authentic markings; and more. 8½" long with an 8" rotorspan; arrives ready to display on the included metal stand.
